Description

Belgacom's Carrier DSL offer gives providers the opportunity to sell xDSL subscriptions under wholesale conditions. The provider can then market the service to end-users as its own branded xDSL service, supply these to any subscriber within Belgium, and provide their own help-desk and support services.

As a provider wishing to offer xDSL-based services in Belgium, you can interconnect at any one of our defined Belgacom xDSL Access Points, to provide high-speed xDSL access to end-user.

Belgacom provides for all the connection requirements and repair processes at both the physical and the xDSL transport level, including the local loop, DSLAM, ROP, LEX, Ethernet/ATM transport, MSR/BAS. You then provide the first-line help desk and repair for end-users, and end-user billing and marketing.

Provider is responsible for:

• First line helpdesk and repair for any questions from End-users

• Radius server (mandatory)
• Internet Connectivity (or IP Transit Option)
• End-users modems (compliant modem in ADSL/ADSL2+, Sagem F@ST 3464 in VDSL2)
