As the incumbent operator in Belgium, Belgacom has a regulatory obligation to provide termination for voice traffic to destinations connected to our national network.

These destinations include our retail customers and the 3-digit emergency services supported by Belgacom. It also applies to non-Belgacom geographic numbers ported to our network.
