If you are an operator in Belgium, and are colocated within a Belgacom exchange, our Raw Copper offer provides you with complete control over the facilities connecting end-users to the Belgacom network. You therefore become the sole provider of services.

The conditions for this service are regulated, and published under Belgacom's Reference Unbundled Local Loop Offer (BRUO). The operator becomes the only provider of services and is therefore responsible for ensuring that both voice and data services are provided.
