Split Number Charging
078 numbers allow the operator to share the charges between the calling and the called parties involved. This might for example be used to limit the cost of the call for a caller.

Universal Numbers
These allow an end-user to reach a called party with multiple locations by dialing a unique nation-wide number (starting with 070).
