Carrier Select & Preselect enables operators within Belgium to deliver national or international voice services to end-users without having to build out a comprehensive local switching network.

Carrier Select
Prior to making a call, end-users dial your pre-defined access code, and Belgacom Carrier Select provides the routing or switching service to ensure that the call is handed over to your network. As the selected operator, you carry the call to its final destination and provide direct billing and support services to the end-user.

Carrier Preselect
Instead of dialing a carrier access code on a call by call basis, end-users "Preselect" you as their preferred operator for national and international voice calls. After the appropriate forms are processed, Belgacom will pre-program the end-user selection into our switches and automatically route the call to your network. As the Preselected operator, you carry the call to its final destination and provide direct billing and support services to the end-user.
